#1. We are appalled to find that the application preferred by the petitioner in September, 2011 is still pending undecided by the respondent No.2/Collector.
#2. Without going into the question about the inaction of the Collector in deciding the application, we deem it appropriate to direct the Collector to ensure that the application is decided one way or the other within four SQ Pathan 2 weeks from the receipt of copy of this order to be produced in the office of the Collector on 22nd October, 2012. All questions are left open.
