#1. Considering the grievance made in this petition, we dispose of this petition with direction to the respondent No.1 to treat the present petition as representation made by the petitioner and take appropriate decision, as may be advised.
#2. We are not expressing any opinion either way on the merits of the contentions nor this order is direction to the respondent No.1 to initiate fresh acquisition proceedings as is prayed by the petitioner, unless the same is permissible in law and is appropriate in the fact situation of the case. The SQ Pathan 2 respondent No.1 shall take early decision in the matter and communicate the same to the petitioner within eight weeks from today.
#3. The petitioner shall produce copy of this order in the Office of the respondent No.1 on 22nd October, 2012.
