Mr. Khairdi, learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner-Trust to approach the Charity Commissioner afresh for seeking permission under section 36(1) of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950, if circumstances so demand. The petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. While granting liberty I shall not be 2 understood to have expressed any opinion on the right of the petitioner- Trust to file such application and if any such application is filed in future, same may be considered and dealt with in accordance with law.
