The petitioner is an Education Trust duly registered under the provisions of the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and also the provisions of the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950. The petitioner has challenged a commu nication dated 22 nd September 2005 based on the Resolution dated 19.8.2005 passed by the Grievance Committee of the 2nd responden t directing the college aut horities to accept the application from the 1 st responden t and sanction his ungra nted leave and salary. The challenge is merely to the commu nication. 2 There is no challenge to the Resolution dated 19.8.2005, which prompted the 2 nd responde nt to address this letter to the Principal the college. Besides, impugned comm u nication was issued as far back as on 22.9.2005.
