#1. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be content if the Court were to direct the respondent No.4 to decide the proposal submitted to the respondent No.4 vide communication dated 18th January, 2006 at page 48 onwards of the paper-book sent under the signature of the Liquidator, expeditiously.
#2. Learned A.G.P. submits that if no final decision has been taken so far on the said proposal, the respondent No.4 would do the needful as per the directions of the Court. SQ Pathan 2
#3. Accordingly, petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.4 that in case, he has already taken decision on the proposal dated 18th January, 2006, he must communicate that decision to the petitioners and all other concerned parties forthwith. In the event, the proposal is still pending consideration, he shall take appropriate decision in the matter in accordance with law after giving fair opportunity to all concerned within eight weeks from today and the decision so taken be communicated to the parties within the same time.
#4. We make it clear that all questions to be considered by respondent No.4 are left open.
