This civil revision application impugns the 26-6-2003 passed learned Judge Small Causes Court at Mumbai. Interim Notice No.1355of 2003 present petitioners impleaded defendants RAE & R Suit No.355/749 1998 application rejected impugned order. Admittedly cannot challenged revision application section 115 CPC and, therefore, Mr.Khandeparkar, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the revision. . Leave granted with liberty to take out fresh appropriate proceedings against impugned order. The ad-interim relief granted Court 2 order dated 21-7-2003 shall operate for a period of three weeks.
