In view of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court, Appeal against the impugned order is not maintainable. In view of this position, Civil Application for condonation of delay is also not maintainable. Accordingly, Civil Application is rejected and consequently, First Appeal stands dismissed.

Notwithstanding the dismissal of the Appeal, it will be open for the Applicant to file appropriate proceedings for challenging the impugned Judgment and Order. Judge. Judge. Judge.
