#1. The only prayer pressed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner is that the Application dated 17th March 2020 made by the Petitioner for Occupation Certificate be decided by the Respondent-Corporation expeditiously.
#2. We accede the request made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and direct the Respondent-Corporation to decide the Application of Petitioner expeditiously and in any event within six weeks from today after hearing the Petitioner.
