#1. Issue notice returnable on 4 May 2012.

In addition to service through Court, the advocate for the petitioner to serve private notice by Speed Post/Fax/E- mail/Courier service and/or by hand delivery and shall file affidavit of service before 2nd May, 2012. If affidavit of service is not filed as directed, the petition will stand dismissed for non prosecution without further reference to the Court.
