DATE: 18TH FEBRUARY, 2011 P.C.:- The learned A.P.P. submits that the F.I.R. has since been registered on 16th February, 2011. She further submits that the investigation has been entrusted to P.S.I. Waghmare, Mahatma Phule Chowk Police Station.
