After arguing for some time, the learned Counsel for the petitioner company submits that they are willing to deposit 50% of the amount awarded in the impugned order dated 08.10.2025 and requested to remand the matter to the 2"d respondent for disposal of I.A No.1 of 2024 rn S.A.No.l of 2024 in S.E.No.2 of 2018 afresh by permitting to hle relevant documents and affrdavit under Section 65-8 of the Evidence Act.
