On perusing the documents placed on record and affidavit filed in support of the application, delay of 493 days in filing the half yearly accounts is condoned and the half year accounts submitted in respect of M/s.Malwala Oils Limited (in liquidation) is hereby approved. The Official Liquidator is permitted to pay the balance audit fee to the auditors. Accordingly, the company application is allowed. No costs.
