FOR TGRTC, the Court made the following: ORDER This application is filed to set aside the order dated 27.02.2025 and to restore the W.P.No.32991 of 2016 for hearing the same on merits. Learned counsel for the petitioner tnformed this Court thitt W.P.No.32991 of 2016 was dismissed for non-prosecution on 27.02.2025. For the reasons explained in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Applic'ation is allowed Accordingly, W.P.No.32991 of 2016 is restored to its file.
