Further an amount of Rs.'14,14,gg.1/- was sanctioned towards commutation \ralue of pension viz., Rs.10,08,615/- was sanctioned vide.Token No.252397267:2 dated 14.02.202s and Rs.4,06,366! was sanctioned vide Token No.252397267 r1 dated 14.o2.202s respectively. petitioner further submits that, the service Pension of the petitioner was fixed as Rs.36,42sl-. petitioner is also eligible and entitled Encashment of Leave amount of Rs.10,s1,600/- which was sanctioned vid,-' Token No. 2s239g7654 dated 31.03.202s, GpF Finar amount of Rs.7,9'l ,4771- was sanctioned vide token No.252398758'r dated 31 .03.2o2s, PRC Arrears (12 Bills) amount of Rs.2,19,59g/- was sanctioned in different token numbers on 06.05.2025 and D.A. Arrears (11 bills) amount,of Rs.35,2g8l- sanctioned vide different Token Numbers on 09.06.2025, pending disposal of the Writ Petition. 3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the lis raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of vide order dated

03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

4. The above made submission is not seriously disputed by the other ? side. S. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 10olo per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. To,
