ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the vehicle bearing No. AP 26 N 6666 (Scorpio) in favour of the petitioner by duly canceling the Clearance Certificate issued to the vendee forthwith. On 3.7.2008, when the writ petition was taken up, at the request of the learned Government Pleader, the matter was posted to today for obtaining instructions. Today, the learned Government Pleader has produced before this Court the letter No.114/C4/208 dated 3.7.2008 of the Deputy Transport Commissioner, Nellore addressed to all the Registering Authorities in State of Andhra Pradesh withdrawing the impugned proceedings whereby he has requested them not to entertain any transaction in respect of the vehicle in question. In view of the orders dated 3.7.2008 withdrawing the impugned intimation dated 29.1.2008 not to entertain any transaction in respect of the vehicle in question, no further orders are required in this writ petition.
