Judgment
passed by the first respondent terminating the petitioner from service. The first respondent, Nalgonda District Cooperative Central Bank, is a society registered under the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and the petitioner cannot agitate his rights to which he is entitled to under the provisions of the Bye-Laws of the Society before this Court. Hence, this Court declines to entertain the writ petition. However, the petitioner is directed to avail the remedy that is available to him either under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 or under the A.P. Shops and Establishments Rules, 1990.
