Person-in-charge cum Manager, Nalgonda District Cooperative Central Bank, Tripuraram (M), Nalgonda District and others. .....RESPONDENTS THE HON'BLE MR JUSTICE S.ANANDA REDDY Writ Petition No.17439 of 2005 ORDER: This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the order dated 09.06.2005 passed by the first respondent terminating the petitioner from service. The first respondent, Nalgonda District Cooperative Central Bank, is a society registered under the A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and the petitioner cannot agitate his rights to which he is entitled to under the provisions of the Bye-Laws of the Society before this Court. Hence, this Court declines to entertain the writ petition. However, the petitioner is directed to avail the remedy that is available to him either under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 or under the A.P. Shops and Establishments Rules, 1990. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. _______________
