(Per the Hon’ble Mr Justice B.Prakash Rao) Heard both the sides. Since all these matters are connected, they are taken up together for disposal. The appeals were filed aggrieved by the interim orders dated 06.06.2005 in (1) W.V.M.P.No.946 of 2005 in W.P.M.P.No.27113 of 2003 in W.P.No.21720 of 2003 (2) W.V.M.P.No.986 of 2005 in W.P.M.P.No.27115 of 2003 in W.P.No.21722 of 2003 (3) W.V.M.P.No.991 of 2005 in W.P.M.P.No.27110 of 2003 in W.P.No.21717 of 2003 (4) W.V.M.P.No.1030 of 2005 in W.P.M.P.No.27116 of 2003 in W.P.No.21723 of 2003 (5) W.V.M.P.No.1033 of 2005 in W.P.M.P.No.27114 of 2003 in W.P.No.21721 of 2003 and (6) W.V.M.P.No.999 of 2005 in W.P.M.P.No.27540 of 2003 in W.P.No.22049 of 2003 respectively, filed at the instance of the respondents herein. The learned Single Judge passed the orders with a direction to the respondents to comply with the provisions of Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. Though several contentions sought to be urged, it is not appropriate to this Court to go into the same at this stage, as they are only interim orders. Hence, we do not find any merits in the appeals.
