THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE B.PRAKASH RAO AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY WRIT APPEAL NO.765 OF 1999 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice B.Prakash Rao) Heard learned counsel for the appellant. This appeal is only against the interlocutory orders passed pending writ petition, whereunder, a learned single Judge of this Court directed the petitioner for compliance of Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. In this appeal, this Court passed a comprehensive order in W.A.M.P.No.1335 of 1999 initially on 25.5.1999 and the same was subsequently modified as per order dated 09.6.1999. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary to be passed in this Writ Appeal. The Writ Appeal is accordingly disposed of. No costs. However, the aforesaid order shall remain till disposal of the writ petition. Office to post W.P.No.28587 of 1997 before the learned single Judge and expedite hearing of the same.
