In response to the notice, the Inspector of Police, Humayunnagar Police Station, the first respondent herein, filed counter affidavit stating that basing on a complaint given by one Raveendra Prasad Kakileti, R/o. Golnaka, Hyderabad, on 25.12.2007, the Police of Humayunnagar Police Station registered a case in Crime No.500 of 2007 for the offence under Section 392 IPC, wherein the alleged detenu is shown as an accused.
