Judgment

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE N.R.L.NAGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23275 OF 2001 ORDER: Heard the counsel for the respondents. No representation for the petitioner.

2.

As can be seen from the award, there were no back wages and I find there was punishment of stoppage of two increments with cumulative effect. In pursuance of the interim orders of this Court in W.P.M.P.No.29396 of 2001, the 2nd respondent is said to have been reinstated into service in 2001. It appears the 2nd respondent might have reached superannuation and the counsel is not able to say whether he is in fact retired or not.

3.

Therefore, for the services rendered by him after reinstatement, he will be entitled for the salary and no back wages are granted.
