COMMON ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. I do not find any irregularity or illegality in the order of the Court below in condoning the delay in re-presentation of the case when it was returned. In fact, the revision petitioners have not appeared before the Court below prior to condonation of delay. The condonation of delay is the discretion of the Court below and it cannot be said that the discretionary power is arbitrarily exercised by the Court below. These Civil Revision Petitions are accordingly dismissed at the stage of admission. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
