Petitioner preferred the present petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to transfer O.S.No.158 of 2011 pending on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, to the Court of Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, to be tried along with O.S.No.350 of 2009. Heard. On receipt of notice, respondent entered appearance.

Operative part

Learned counsel for the respondent informed the Court that the respondent has no serious objection for transfer of the case as prayed for by the petitioner herein. Considering the same, present petition is allowed and O.S.No.158 of 2011 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, and transferred to the Court of the Principal District Judge, Ranga Reddy District.
