Judgment
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.94 of 2009 of Narsimhulapet Police Station, Warrangal District, registered the offences punishable under Sections 498A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Heard.
Admittedly, the crime is registered in the year 2009. The case arise out of matrimonial dispute and the 1st respondent police are not in a position to inform what is the outcome of the investigation as far as the other accused persons are concerned. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the concerned police are directed to complete the investigation of the case and file the final report within six months without arresting the petitioners.
