ORAL COMMON JUDGMENT: (Per Hon’ble Sri Justice D.S.R. Varma) Heard both sides.

#2. Since all the abovementioned Writ Appeals are interrelated, the parties and the question involved being common, they are being disposed of by this common judgment.

#3. Challenging the common order, dated 21.06.2006, passed by a learned single Judge of this Court, in Writ Petition Nos.11006 of 2006, 11381 of 2006 and 11575 of 2006, Writ Appeal Nos.749 of 2006, 750 of 2006 and 751 of 2006, respectively, are filed by the Government.

#4. We have perused the entire material, including the impugned common judgment, passed by the learned single Judge of this court, available on record.

#5. The learned single Judge had elaborately considered both the questions of law and facts in detail. We do not find any reason warranting interference with impugned common judgment, passed by the learned single Judge. Of course, and furthermore, no decision, in fact, is necessary in these Writ Appeals, at this stage, inasmuch as, the film – The Da Vinci Code, had already been released and exhibited and no untoward incident is reported to this Court.
