ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
to issue an order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No.1 and 2 herein in not acting upon the complaint dated 11-10-2007 to the respondents herein in connection with crime No. 189 of 2007 of Offence Under Sec. 307, 506 r/w. 34 of IPC of P.S.II Town, Karimnagar, Karimnagar District as illegal, arbitrary, against right to life and personal liberty consequentially it is also prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents No.2 to 4 herein to entrust investigation to C.B.C.I.D., it is also further preyed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.4 herein to institute disciplinary proceedings against the respondent No.2 herein for the dereliction of duties
. At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner, both in the forenoon and again in the afternoon. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.
