… to issue any appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents Cr.No.113 of 2008 of P.S. Humayunnagar, Hyderabad and consequently direct respondents not to harass the petitioner, not to visit the house of the petitioner, not to call the petitioner to the Police Station unless under due process of law pending disposal of the main Writ Petition
. On 19-3-2008 there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, no one represented petitioner. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting his case.
