2. According to the petitioner, er father was the original owner and pattadar of the land, d ils of which are mentioned in the writ affidavit. Respondent N 6, without conducting any enquiry and without issuing anY 8-E certificate, transferred the subject land to the unofficial espondents. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner has filed a Wri Petition, W.P.No.29499 of

2025. Vide order dated 24.10.2024 this Court disposed of the said Writ Petition relegating the etitioner to file an appeal before 3'd respondent, the Distric Collector, Vikarabad. In compliance with the said orde dated 24.10.2024, the petitioner has preferred an appeal efore 3'd respondent under the provisions of the Telangana enancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950. But, no hearing was conducted on the said date. He has not communicated any futher date of hearing and is not disposing ofthe said appeal. Fufther, during pendency ofthe said appeal, respondent Nos.7 to 18 are trying to alienatc the subject , property in favour of the third parties. Aggrievecl by the same, petitioner has filed the present Writ petition.

3. Leanted Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions. would submit that 4th respondent rvill dispose of the said appeal strictly in accordance with law. He would further subrnit, on instructions, that there are no transactions in respect ofthe subject property in Bhu Bharati porlal.

4. In the light of the above, this Wr.it petition is disposed of directing 4'h respondent to consider the appeal dated

28.10.2024 filed by the petitioner and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner, respondent Nos.7 to l8 and all interested parlies on notice and 3 XL, J w.P No.22511 ot 2025 affording thern an opportunity, an communicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner.
