RAVI SHANKAR W.P.No. 14352 of 2007 Dated: 17-02-2012 ORAL ORDER: (Per: GR,J) Writ petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are present and their counsel Sri P. Venugopal is also present. The 3rd petitioner is absent, but she is stated to be the wife of the 2nd petitioner, who is present. The 9th respondent, who is the son-in-law of late S. Hanumantha Rao, is present. It is stated that the writ petitioners have purchased the property in question from respondent Nos. 4 and 5 who are said to be the highest bidders in the auction held by the Bank. Sri P. Venugopal, learned counsel states that the matter has been compromised between the petitioners and other respondents and they want to withdraw the writ petition in view of the said compromise. This is recorded. The writ petition is disposed of as settled in terms of joint memo of compromise filed in the Court.
