This petition is filed seeking quashing of F.I.R. in Crime No.42 of 2007 of Maheswaram police station, Rangareddy District. There is no dispute that charge sheet was filed in this matter before the Magistrate. So, it is for the petitioner, if advised, to file fresh petition for quashing proceedings in the pending Criminal case before the Magistrate. Thus, this petition has become infructuous.
