THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE GODA RAGHURAM C.C.No. 1295 of 2000 Dated: 24-02-2012 ORAL ORDER: This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the orders dated 06-03-2000 in the writ petition whereby the respondent was directed to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the observations made in the judgment within the time prescribed. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that against the order in the writ petition, the respondent has filed W.A.No. 767 of 2000 which was allowed by the order dated 08-07-2004 setting aside the judgment in the writ petition; and in the circumstances no further proceedings in the contempt case are warranted.
