No.7466 of 2000 & Batch; The Contempt case coming on for orders upon perusing the case and the affidavit filed herein and the order of the High Court dated: 25-09-2008 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S. Lakshma Reddy, Advocate for the petitioners and of the G.P. for Revenue, for the respondents, the Court made the following ORDER:

Even today, the learned Government Pleader states that she will file a counter. Having perused the affidavit filed in support of this Contempt Case and also the order passed by this court on 25-04-2007, this Court is of the clear view that the contemnors herein have intentionally flouted the orders passed by this Court. In fact, in the light of the said disobedience, this Court should have admitted this Contempt Case and issued Form-I. However, as a last chance, the contemnors are given a further time of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for compliance of the said order passed by this Court. In the event of failure, the contemnors shall appear before this Court on 30-03- 2009
