The petitioner/Accused filed this criminal petition under Section 427 Cr.P.C to concurrent both the sentences passed in C.C.No.33 and 34 of 2005 on file of the Special Judge for CBI Cases, Hyderabad. When the matter was listed on 06.8.2008 at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner it was adjourned by ten days. Thereafter, the matter underwent four adjournments and it did not see the light of the day and again it is listed today

before me. From the above, it is clear that the learned counsel for the petitioner is not evincing any interest in prosecuting the matter. Apparently, this case is of the year 2008 and certainly the case must have been heard and disposed of by now. Under the circumstances, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition at this stage.
