following The petitioner’s main grievance is that the respondents, without paying any compensation and without the procedure contemplated under the Land Acquisition Act, are trying to lay a road through the petitioner’s land in an extent of 178.3/4 square yards in S.No.434/D situated in Thippannapet village, M.R.Jagtial, Karimnagar District. When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel for the learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings, on instructions submitted that the respondent are not going to lay any road in the petitioner’s land Since the respondents are said to be not laying any road, no orders need be passed in the writ petition, and the same is accordingly closed.
