Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and with their consent the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. The petitioner contends that his bills are not being finalized and though he had approached the respondents and submitted representation dated 1-3-2005, no orders have been passed thereon. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 1-3-2005 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
