THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE J.CHELAMESWAR AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.SWAROOP REDDY W.P.NO.23020 OF 2006 ORAL ORDER: (per the Hon’ble Sri Justice J.Chelameswar) This writ petition is filed with the prayer as follows: “ For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that t his Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of “Writ of Certiorari” calling for the records relating to the orders of the Tribunal A.P.Administrative Hon’ble passed O.A.No.4994/2000, dt.27.8.2004 as being erroneous, illegal and unreasonable and quash the same, and pass such other order or orders as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” It is obvious from the prayer that the petitioners seek to challenge an order of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal dated 27th August 2004, after a lapse of about two and half years. No explanation, whatsoever, is forthcoming for such belated approach to this Court. In the circumstances, we are of the opinion that the writ petition is hopelessly barred by latches and is liable to be dismissed.
