ORAL ORDER:
(Per Sri Anil R. Dave, CJ) The only grievance which has been ventilated in the petition is with regard to non-consideration by respondent No.2 of representation dated 16-02-2009 made to him by the petitioner.
The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the representation of the petitioner is pending since 16- 02-2009 and no action has been taken so far on the said representation.
Looking to the facts of the case, without going into the merits of the case, we direct respondent No.2 to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner in accordance with law, within four weeks from today. The decision which may be taken on the representation shall communicated petitioner registered acknowledgement due.
