Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the lis raiscd in the prescnt Writ l)ctitior-r has alrcadv bccn adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated O3.O9.2O25, and thus prayerd to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition a1so.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-Ill did not dispute the submissions madc by learned counscl lor the petitioner with regard to thc disposal of W.P.No.23138 ol 2025 dated 03.09.2025 arrd submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders
