#3. Leamed Government Pleader for Mines and Geology submitted that revision petition of the petitioner will be duty considered in accordance with law by respondent No.l. Further, it is stated that renewal application o[ the petitioner for granting consequential relief cannot be considered as the land which has been resumed from the petitioner has been handed over to the N 3 Telangana State Industrial Infrastructural Corporation and possession has been delivered under the cover of panchanama on

Considering the pendency of revision petition filed by the petitioner before respondent No.1, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.l to dispose of the revision petition hled by the petitioner dated 27.02.2026 challenging the impugned proceedings issued by respondent No.3 vlde No.708/AMG/RR/ 2018 dated 17.01.2026, by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two (2) months from today.
