R. Prasad, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. G. Krishna Murthy, Advocate for the respondent NO. 1and of Mr. V. Usha Rani, Advocate for the respondent NO. 2, the court observed that the respondent No. 2 present in person and respondent No. 1 Mr. Parnam Kasi Viswanatha Rao, S/o. late Rama Murthy, Cultivation, R/o. Barripadu, Bantumilli Mandal, Krishna District did not appear in the court on 18-03-2004, And Whereas the Court directed the Registry to issue Bailable Warrant to Respondent No. 1 namely; Mr. Parnam Kasi Viswanatha Krishna Cultivation, Barripadu, Bantumilli Mandal, Murthy, Rama R/o. S/o. Rao, District. You namely; The Superintendent of Police, Krishna District, Machilipatnam. are hereby directed to arrest the said Respondent No. 1 namely; Mr. Parnam Kasi Viswanatha Rao, S/o. late Rama Murthy, Cultivation, R/o. Barripadu, Bantumilli Mandal, Krishna District wherever he is found and to produce him bodily under safe custody before this Court on 26-03-2004 to which date the Case stands posted. You are further directed that if the said Respondent No. 1 Mr. Parnam Kasi Viswanatha Rao, S/o. late Rama Murthy, Cultivation, R/o. Barripadu, Bantumilli Mandal, Krishna District furnishes Bail bonds each in a sum of Rs. 5,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) with two sureties each in a like sum with an undertaking that he will appear before this Court on 26-03-2004, he will be released on bail subject to the condition that he should attend this Court on 26-03-2004 at 10. 30. a.m and shall continue to attend this Court until otherwise directed.. You are further directed to execute the Warrant without fail and to return the same as early as possible before the said date 26- 03-2004 to this Court with a detailed report stating the manner in which it has been executed.
