With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner fited the instant Writ Petition questioning the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retiral \ 2 benefits, despite token numbers having arready been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the zis raised in the present writ petition has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this court in w.P.No.23138 of 2o2s, which was disposed of uid.eorder datecl 03 'o9 '2025, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ petition also. 4' Learned Assistant Government Pleader for services-Ill did not dispute the submissions made by rearned counsel for trre petitioner with regard to the disposal .of W.p.N o.2313g of 2o2s dated 03'o9'2o25 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders. 5. Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated o3.og.2o2s passed by the Division Bench of this court in w.p.N o.23r3' of 2o2s, this writ / 3 Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of 10% per annum, from the date the amount fell due, till the actual date of its payment Miscellaneous petitions pending, if ofly, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. #2. The present Writ Petition which has been filed for an appropriate Writ of Mandamus directing respondent Nos.l,5 and 6 to ensurethat the entire retiral benefits payable to the petitioner be released at the earliest.

The petitioner herein was an employee working under the District Court Establishment Section under respondent Nos.2 to 4 retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation with effect from 31.05.2025. The petitioner is retired from the post of Chief Administrative Offrcer and was posted at the Family-Court-cum-Ill Additional District and Sessions Judge, Nizamabad at the time of his retirement.
#4. The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of having got retired from'three months back, till date, the petitioner has not got single penny towards his post retiral benefits. The respondent authorities have for all the different payments of retiral dues has issued token numbers, but, the actual payment till date has not been released. The petitioner, contends that he is 2 in dire need of the retiral benefits, so as to settle down in life after retirement with whatever post retirement emoluments that he has to get.
#5. Learned Government Pleader for Services-lll submits that given the reasonable period of time, the Government shall ensure that entire payment payable to the petitioner shall be settled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before this Bench couple of orders passed by the single Bench of this Court under similar circumstances, where, the writ petitions with similar grievance were filed and disposed of directing the State authorities to clear the retiral dues at the earliest. 7 - An employee or an officer who on retirement is otherwise entitled to get his retiremental benefits immediately, if, not atleast within a reasonable period of time. No officer or an employee should be permitted to retire with a feeling of uncertainty of when he is going to get his retiral benefits. We do not intend to further precipitate the matter as the learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill has' assured of ensuring that retirement dues payable to the petitioner shall be released at the earliest within a reasonable period of time.

In the light of the said assurance, we dispose of the present writ petition at this juncture directing respondent No.l ensuring that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with 3 a regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of l0% per annum from the date the amount fell due till it is actually paid. g. Accordingly, the writ petition stands allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
