Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the, nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned action of the respondents in not releasing the retirement benefits of the petitioner like Gratuity, Commutation, General Provident Fund and Encashment of Eamed Leave etc., for the last nearly 5 months without any justification or reasonable cause even though the Accountant General, Telangana has already authorized the pension and other retirement benefits of the petitioner and that the 4th respondent has already generated Cheque (Token) Numbers and sent to Government for release of amounts is as illegal, arbitrary, uniust, in-human, cruel and violative of Articles 14, 16,21 and 300-A of the Constitution of lndia and consequenlly direct the respondents to release the retirement benefits of the petitioner i.e. General Provident Fund Amount of Rs.2,94,664/- vide Token No. 2602705352, dated 13-1-2026 and Encashment of Earned Leave amount of Rs.'13,70,832/- vide Token No. 2603715950 dated 20-3-2026 and Commutation of Rs.12,56,9701 vide Token No. 2602642381,dated 30-12-2025 and Rs.4,86,845/- vide Token No. 2602642384, dated 30-12-20225 and Gratuity amount of Rs.1 1,53,306/- vide Token No.2602642378 dated 30-12-2025 and Rs.4,46,6941 vide Token No. 2602642380, dated 30-12-2025 with interest @ .l Opercentage per annum from the date of retirement to the date of release of the amounts. l.A. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-lll did not dispute the sr-rbmissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.P.No.23138 of 2O2S dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on.r priority basis o[ the tol<en numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders

Having regarcl to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the ffi, lffi/ '/ / --r-- 3 Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2025, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the entire amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiously as possible, preferably within-a period of six (6) weeks lrom today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benelits shall carry interest at the rate of 1O7o per annum, from the date the amount fell due, till the actua-l date of rts payment Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
