Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the pr:tilioncr filed the instant writ petition questioning the action 2 of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retira.l benefits, despite token numbers having already been raised by the respondent authorities for payment of the amounts payable to the petitioner. 3 Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the lis raised in the present Writ petition has alreadv been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.2313B of 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated
03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass a similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Services-lll did not dispute the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner with regard to the disposal of W.p.No.23 138 of 2025 dated 03.09.2025 and submits that the respondents will release the amounts on a priority basis of the token numbers and prayed this Court to pass appropriate orders.

Having regard to the above made submissions and for the reasons alike in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the 3 Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23138 of 2O25, this Writ Petition is drsposed of directing the respondents to ensure that the cntirc amount payable to the petitioner is released as expeditiou sl)/ as possible, preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to the retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of lOo/o per annum, from tl.re date the arnount fell due, till the actual date of its palrment Miscellaneous petitions pending, if aly, in this Writ PetiLion, shall stand closed.
