24.08.2012 in Writ Petition No.26126 of 2012 were complied with by registering the documents. Though there was some delay on the part of the respondent, as much as the respondent has already complied with the directions issued by this Court, it is not a fit case to proceed further under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
