#3. The case of the petitioner is that I deceased- husband was allotted the open land of 17O sr1 rare ya_rds by respondent No.4, vide allotment letter datt.r 03.09.2013 subject to the payment of Rs.4,25,O00/-. Th: said amount was paid by the deceased-Maddela Sret. Ramulu on
