THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN WA Nos.439, 505, 681 of 2007 W.A.No.778 of 2007 COMMON JUDGMENT (Per the Hon’ble Sri Justice Bilal Nazki): After arguing for a while, Mr. Mohd Moin Ahmed Quadri, the learned counsel for respondent No.1/writ petitioner, submits that permission may be granted to him to withdraw the writ petition itself. Considering this request, which other side has no objection, we allow withdrawal of the writ petition being W.P.No.8857 of 2007. Consequently, order dated 26-04-2007 passed in the writ petition by the learned Single Judge stands set aside. The Writ Appeals are allowed.
