Sri P. M. Gopal Rao, Advocate for the petitioner and of

Sri Syed Shareef Ahmed, Advocate for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following

ORDER:

In spite of two orders of this Court dated 24-03-2006 and 13-04-2006, the Registry has not effected the changes in the cause title. The Registrar (Judicial), shall explain as to who is responsible for not carrying the orders of this Court, by next date of hearing, so that appropriate proceedings can be initiated against the concerned Officer of the Registry. On 24-03-2006, we had directed the Collector, Nellore, to be made party – respondent, and the Collector, Nellore, was asked to file his response as to how he could make comments against a notification issued under the Wakf Act., which he made in his report. The Collector, Nellore, has been served even before 13-04-2006, but he has not chosen to appear either personally or through an Advocate. The learned Government Pleader is also not present. In these circumstances, the Collector, Nellore, is directed to remain present in person before this Court on 09-06-2006. In the meantime, the interim order passed by this Court on 13-04-2006 shall remain operative. List on 09-06-2006.
