O R D E R:
This Writ Petition pertains to a service dispute raised by M/s.Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. At the hearing, Sri Vemuri Venkateswar Rao, learned Counsel the petitioners, submitted recently the Government of India issued notification under Section 1(5) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, vesting jurisdiction to decide service disputes of the said Corporation in the respective Central Administrative Tribunals. This submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is not disputed by the respondents. The learned Counsel further submitted that in pursuance of his letter dated 19-01-2009 addressed to the Registry, at least seven Writ Petitions have been transferred.
