This writ petition is filed challenging the letter/endorsement issued by respondent No.2, whereby the petitioner's property situated in Madanapally Village and Gram Panchayat, Shamshabad Mandal at Ranga Reddy District, claimed to be a private patta land, has been included in the prohibitory list, as being arbitrary and illegal. 2

Learned counsel for the petitioner . su : rrits that the petitioner had agreed to purchase the propertl bearing House No.2-152/Part, on Plot Nos. 1, 2,3 and 4, t<rming part of Survey Nos.50/35, 50/85, and 50/69, adme asuring 1,500 square yards (equivalent to 1,255.23 square nr :ters), situated at Manikonda Jagir Village, Ranga Reddy Di: trict and paid the entire sale consideration to the vendor. 'hereafter, the petitioner and her vendor approached respcr dent No.5 for registration of the sale deed which was assigned vide Document No.643 12024 dated 28.12.2(l t3. Hou, ever, respondent No.5 has refused to receive an I process the subject document stating that the subje( t property is included in the prohibitory list issued by r:;pondent No.2 vide Lr.No.El l445ll2O24. It is further subr ritted that the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Divisiorr Ranga Reddy District had earlier passed an order dated 03.09.2O 1 0 in Dl1935/2Ot0 declaring the subject property t r Survey No.SO of Madanpatly Village, Shamshabad Manda . Ranga Reddy :/ , 3 District, as a private land. However, the District Collector by invoking suo moto powers had set aside the aforesaid order and the order passed by the District Collector u'as stayed by this Court vide order dated 19.i2.2014 in W.P.No.39047 of

#2014. As such, in view of the subsisting stay granted by this Court, respondent No.2 ought not to have issued the impugned letter enlisting the subject property in the prohibitory list. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to submit a representation to respondent No.2 for deletion ol the subject I i I t property from the prohibitory list and further prays this Court to direct respondent No.2 to take necessary action thereon'

#5. Learned Government Pleader fairly submits that respondent No.2 will consider the representation of the petitioner, as and when received and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, without going into merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, permitting the petitioner to submit a representation to respondent No'2 4 seeking deletion ol the subject property frorrL the prohibitory list, within a period of two (02) weeks from tt r date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon receipt of suclr representation, respondent No.2 shall consider the sir ne and pass appropriate orders, in terms of the order passt ci by this Court in W.P.
