I I I This petition is filed seeking quashrnent of the C.CNo.2030 of 2024 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-.Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Hanamkonda, against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3.

Heard Mr. Harikishan Kudikala, learned counsel for petitioners and tvlr. Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent No.1-State.

The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3 in C.C.No- 2030 of 2024 for the offences under Section 341, 324' 506 r/w 34 of IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners are resolved to face the proceedings, their presence before \ the trial Court on each adjournment is causing severe hardship and effecting their employment. Therefore, prayed for dispensing their ( t personal presence unless it is requked for the proceedings and such direction would appease their difficulty.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that there is no specific obiection for the prayer, howerrer urged for a direction, for in 2 person prrlsenoe of the petitioners in the material slages of the proceedirrg l;
